Scan to your bottle's results
Scanning the bottle currently shows the newest release's results, not your bottle's results. We're fixing that.
Know when the new harvest lands
The most common question we get. We email everyone on the list as each release gets close.
Subscriptions
Requested early on. Subscriptions are now live, so you never run out of your daily bottle.

What your feedback changed

Continuous supply for subscribers
Customers worried about running out between harvest releases.
We now set aside dedicated stock for subscribers. A subscription means continuous supply, even between releases.
Label quality
A few bottles have small imperfections in how the label is applied.
Our bottling partner is reviewing the labelling process now.
Caps and seals
A couple of customers had caps that were hard to open or wouldn't reseal properly.
We replaced those bottles straight away and invested in a new capping machine, so every cap opens smoothly and reseals properly.
Delivery follow-up
Some parcels were returned unclaimed because customers never received a collection notice from the courier.
We now watch tracking ourselves and follow up before a parcel gets sent back.
Lab results on the website
Customers wanted to see the independent lab results without emailing us.
The current release's results are now published on the site.
